Paper Cut
Observations/ Thoughts:
I have used the different methods that was taught in the previous workshops for this project. By piecing all these elements together, I have formed some sort of animal haven where at the end, they sort of protects the forest that leads them into a time portal sort of thing. By playing around with the layout, I found out that it is pretty important to have your ideas penned down before you start to work them out. This was especially different to play around with the details especially after you have them cut out. I liked the last piece personally. It features the paper cut as some sort of overlay on the background. It seems as if the cat is looking at all the animals or that these animals form the cat. It works two ways and I really appreciate the ambiguity of the artwork.
